Our ABC Lesson is designed for beginners who want to dip their toes into the thrilling world of surfing. With patient, friendly instructors and a focus on simple techniques, you’ll be standing up and smiling in no time. We’ll guide you through proper stance, paddling fundamentals, and wave-catching secrets—all tailored to your pace and comfort level.

Open to surfers 8 years and older, we require a minimum of 3 students to create a lesson. We begin by teaching all the basics on the beach, and then head to the water to practice and perfect these newly learnt skills!
The sessions are run on a daily basis all season, however our times vary to allow for the best tides and conditions each day.
Our instructors are qualified beach lifeguards and experienced surf instructors so you can be confident you're in safe and expert hands at all times!

We are operational between the 1st of April and the 31st of October and can be open everyday.
We are only limited by tide and daylight for when we can run sessions and may start later/close earlier depending on weather, waves, and demand throughout the season.
We're afraid not. Due to the seasonal nature of our offering, and limited availability we can only reserve spaces once full payment has been received.
No. We have everything you'll need for your lesson or course.
If you wish to change the date of your course booking or switch to a different course within four weeks of your scheduled start date, a £10 administration fee will apply. This fee covers the processing of your request and any necessary adjustments to our schedule with our staff.
To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. All amendments are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred alternative date or course will be available.
For changes made more than six weeks before your start date, no admin fee will be charged.
As these courses are so popular, we normally only consider surfers who would like to book the full week rather than odd days due to our seasonal operations and limited availability on each camp.
However, if you contact us on the Sunday afternoon before the course starts, we can arrange something if space is still available on your desired camp.
Alternatively keep an eye on our social pages or signup to our newsletter at the bottom of any page on our website which is where we will make announcements.
Alternatively, you can book the full week now to guarantee the spaces on your chosen days if this is a possibility for you.
The all day camps are 9am - 3pm.
