Our Advanced Summer Camp is crafted for returning GSS surfers ready to push their limits and ride bigger, better waves.
This is no ordinary surf camp—it’s the perfect opportunity for previous GSS students who’ve attended at least two of our summer camps and are hungry for more. From Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, you’ll spend full days refining your technique, paddling out with confidence, and learning to tackle more challenging conditions. Our instructors will provide advanced tips on wave selection, manoeuvring, and building your ocean awareness, helping you progress faster than ever before.
Beyond the board, this camp fosters an environment of camaraderie, motivation, and shared goals. Surrounded by fellow dedicated surfers, you’ll gain the encouragement and insight you need to break through plateaus and reach new personal bests. Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and leave with the knowledge and skills to elevate your surfing for seasons to come.
Our specialised teaching methods encourage campers push the boundaries even further which speeds up the learning curve and allows students to progress faster!
With our advanced summer camp you know you'll be with surfers of a similar ability so you get to skip the entry level stuff you would have learnt on our other Summer Camps.
This creates a perfect atmosphere to focus on improving your surfing ability and having even more fun at the GSS this summer.
If you are aged between 8 and 16 and you have previously completed at least 2-3 week long camps at the GSS then this one is definitely for you!
Beginners will prefer our All Day Summer Camps
Those aged 13-16 years may prefer our awesome Teen Camps!
